Appearance: The Most beautiful girl in the world! (that's what she thinks anyway, and woe betide anyone who disagrees!) She has long, very blond hair, reaching between her shoulders and waist and is very good looking. Like her Brother, Randal, the strangest thing you will notice about her is her yellow eyes. If asked she will either say it is a fashion thing, a family secret, all her brothers fault, or give some other, true or not, explanation.

Family Background: Arcadia is one of twins. Her Brother is Randal Fudge. Their father, Cornelius Fudge is the Minister For Magic. Their mother is no longer around. She died when they were born.

Talents/Special Abilities: Acradia's main talent is mischief! However she is also extremely good with potions, especially nasty ones, and antidotes for nasty ones. Also of course, fashion, make-up and gossip.

Other Information: Arcadia seems to have a very deep connection with Pantalaimon, more so than is usual with a pet or familiar. They are never seen more than 10-15 feet apart and some may have noticed it is impossible to sneak up on Arcadia if Pantalaimon is watching you! (as Pantalaimon has very good eyesight and hearing)

Arcadia does not seem to enjoy school much. She gets plenty of detentions and lost points for failing to do homework or not paying attention in class, apart from Potions that is.

Before Hogwarts she was at a school in Switzerland, where she was expelled, no one (apart from Randal, and Marvo) know why, as it was hushed up by her father.

What was also 'hushed up' was that Arcadia took 6 months training with Randal. The Ministry had hoped she and Randal would make a very useful team. However, her lack of commitment, constant bickering and general personality meant she was removed very quickly. However, during this time she did met Marvo, and helped create his 'nickname' of 'Thee Magnificent'

Arcadia envies her brother. He is a lot better at Magic than she is. They are both good looking, and use that, but Arcadia more obviously so. She likes to show off and dramatise. Her familiar, a snowy wolf, is a clue to a deeper balance between her and Randal. Although she cannot transform into a wolf, she can talk to them. And when she does she can take control of them in a way that Randal cannot get round.
