Appearance: Elia isn't stunningly pretty, but she's attractive. Her skin is the color of milk chocolate, and her hair is so dark it looks black, in loose curls down her back.

Family Background: Her Father, Alberto Concinni, was an Auror killed by Maryam Pheidippetes, Niki's Mother. Elia's African mother was long dead, and Elia was sent to a Muggle orphanage.

Talents/Special Abilities: She seems to be able to vanish from view even when you are looking at her or talking to her. Somewhat like the Cheshire Cat.

Other Information: Elia has been at Hogwarts for the past three years, but has always been somewhat reclusive. She's shy of people. Her New Year's resolution was to try to make some friends, and get to know people, instead of being buried in books all the time, and she really is trying.

She blames Niki for her mother's evil deeds, and for a time put newspaper clippings about Niki's mother's trial and conviction on Niki's bed, in the mail, etc. She isn't really cruel, just vindictive.

She attended the Valentine Feast with Randal Fudge though a dream walk experience in which Arcadia entered their shared dream led to Elia pulling away from him even though her memory of the experience had been altered. By spring term they realized it wasn't working out between them.

Under the influence of Hadrian, Niki's brother, she took Niki's enchanted diary. Under the same influence she attacked Niki pointing the blame at Dylan. Since these matters came to light and Elia returned the diary to Niki, little has been seen of her.
