Appearance: He has shoulder length blond
hair, and is very good looking, although he does have a dark
haunted look about him. The strange thing you will notice about
him is his yellow eyes. He probably won't tell you about these
either although you are welcome to ask.
Family Background: Randal is one of twins.
His sister is Arcadia Fudge. His father, Cornelius is The Minister
For Magic. Their mother is no longer around. She died when they
were born.
Talents/Special Abilities: Randal is an
animagus, although very few people know this. His animal form
is a wolf though so he is always a little scared that people
will assume he is a werewolf. This is the reason behind the
yellow eyes. His wolf form is a plain creamy colour again with
yellow eyes. Being a wolf in his aniagus state make him good
at not only transfiguration, but also dream magic. He can project
and understand dreams as well as walking the dream world. Because
of this, he is not doing divination. After all what did Trewlany
know about dreams? He also has to be careful around his sister
when he takes animagus form. Because Randal is a strong character
and is a wolf, he is the leader of a pack. They follow him whereever
he goes, and he gets extremely embarrassed about it.

Other Information: He is very keen to do
as well as or better than his dad, and because of this is a
very keen student. He spends long hours in the library adding
to the substantial notes he makes in class. He is joining after
leaving a small unheard of school in Switzerland. He is not
inclined to tell you its name.
He is also a spy for Buro 13 (this is not known
by the students of hogwarts!). So he knows Marvo. He has been
at training school for the past 2 years and a term, but now
his dad feels it is time he goes to Hogwarts. His dad, however
does not realise what Randal does, and has no idea about his
connection to Buro 13. This also explains the Merlin. A more
secret bird of prey than an owl, and better able to get into
the Buro's secret postal sites.
Arcadia envies her brother. He is a lot better
at Magic than she is. They are both good looking, and use that,
but Arcadia more obviously so. She likes to show off and dramatise. Her
familiar, a snowy wolf, is a clue to a deeper balence between
her and Randal. Although she cannot transform into a wolf, she
can talk to them. And when she does she can take control of
them in a way that Randal cannot get round. In his wolf form
he has not choice but to do as she requests. He hates that.
She uses that.(again few people know this in hogwarts although
Elia might have the idea).
Randal also now has a girlfriend, Branwen.
They have been known to disagree over his need to keep everything a
secret and her need to flirt with every male in the school. Branwen
is aware of his ability to transform into a wolf. She also knows that
there is some pull that his sister has over him. Branwen in turn has
revealed her ability to become a Raven to him. Over the summer they
have seen nothing of each other, leaving Randal in his more normal
moody state, wondering if it was really love or just lust.
